Come Discover your "New Normal"!

The word "normal" tends to be in everyone's vocabulary, and yet everyone seems to have a different definition for what can be defined as "normal".  We tend to define "normal" as something that we know well and have grown accustomed to. For example, your "normal routine" may be waking up at 6 a.m., having a cup of coffee, reading the newspaper and heading out the door for work. Anything other then this would be considered "abnormal'; a wrench in what a person knows to be true.
